1. Since the young age, I've connected myself with gang activity. And all my mentors and elders has earned respect and trust from the mighty East Side Ballas. My whole family has worked for the Ballas and we ruled the city. I observed every steps and procedures from them and earned knowledge and experience of my hood. I worked loyally and respectfully with my elders and mentors to keep out territories clean and under our control. I gained their trust and earned respect in the area.
2. Me and my team dominated in each battles and captures. So overall, my level of experiences has brought special attention of the higher ups. From then I have a great desire to become boss of The Ballas and rule the city by what I've learned and gained. For my bloodlines legacy, I want to become a successful leader of this strong gang and reach the highest. I want my followers and youngsters to follow me and my teams steps to go forward in their hood life.
3. I want to be the leader to express my strategies and plans to get Ballas on top. I want to teach newbies and recruits how stuffs work in the Ghetto and make them aware of every rules. I want to become stronger and renowned in the city along with my members and higher ups. To maintain all the gang requirements, I have experts and OG's to improve RP. I promise the highest level RP in all my gang members and myself also. I will try my best to keep the promise to my mentor. I wanna make them proud of my activities.

The first thing to improve Roleplay in the organization is to having well skilled and experienced personalities. The higher ups and deputies should teach the newbies how they can improve their skill and RP level. They should interact with all the members to ensure their activity and works. Also the leader will need to have eyes on his deputies and higher ups. All should be beware of server rules, watch their behaviours and words towards others. All should respect each other as brothers. Attending events like (Clandestine, Battleships, Store and Gunstore robberies, Subs, vehicle theft etc). All types of favouritism and nepotism will be removed. All active gang members will get bonuses and prizes for their activity and trust.
