2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. When I joined the city, I wanted to be a part of an organization and the first thing that came to mind was LSPD, and when it comes to LSPD I always had a special place in my heart. I have experience in all organizations as a high command like in FIB and in SAHP and also in gangs to know their points of view, But after a particular point I couldn't get a higher rank I decided I wanted to take leadership and The first thing that came to mind was LSPD and to make the best Organization with these requirements: honesty, hardworking, dedication and I am going to find these people with the experience I had been the curator of HR and HOD of HR of 2 term I have seen many organization being shaped and with the experience of these things I will be able to make a perfect term consisting my ideas and my team's ideas
2. mostly when people need help, they come to LSPD. In a way, LSPD is a core of the city because when anyone wants to join an organization they think of LSPD. When any person wants to come into contact with LSPD their experience will be the best they have ever seen. And the reception will always consist of 1 HR and 1 high command who is be in their service all the time. They will be always professional and look for people who have great potential and are hard-working and no one will leave the reception unsatisfied. And I will make it compulsory to attend patrolling and store robbery events always and at the same time respond to 911 calls to help people. I have many more ideas to improve people's experience.
3. I would like to increase the quality of LSPD by introducing my and my team's Creative plans to improve professional knowledge and my fellow Officer. When most of the people come to the city LSPD is their starting organization so I wanted to bring a new kind of training system which will be made by myself and my deputy with our experience I am going to being every drop of potential they have to light. And to announce basic state rules like (5.5,5.10,5.11) in emails by keeping the best department heads of HR and IA even PE to will be monitoring every move of their and each of them handled by deputy chief mainly to ensure a good work environment and good quality work and I need people from all the time zone because I have seen many people disappointed that no high command or HR was there that is why HR we have open recruitment in all time zone and I have seen a very common but serious problem that SAHP and LSPD. the face is lacking under the cover department I am going to make it as that they are working that the same level as FIB and finding Evidence and find legal ads. And finally, I Would like to have a good relationship with and state organization and run with great co-ordinate.
This department will be consisting of highly intelligent Officer's which be able to find the potential of a particular individual to work at their maximum efficiency and to train Officer's with 1 HC and 1HR will take a person interview and training and this department will be the most focused department because this want the organization future and always 1 HR and 1 HC will be that the reception
Internal Affairs:
This department has the responsibility to audit logs, bodycams, trunks, licenses, and backgrounds of all officers while hunting down corruption in the organization and dealing out punishment. An active IA department means an active org with no inactive paycheck grinders.
Parking Enforcement:
This department will be taking care of the towing and parking fine in the city this department will be always active and every day they will get a bonus for particular work this department will always have more than 150+ tow and parking fines
Undercover Department:
This department is for collecting pieces of evidence, and tracking wanted criminals in collaboration with other organizations. They will not only collect pieces of evidence for FIB but also conduct regular busts from illegal advertisements using the information obtained from LI. Most elite of this department are going to join the Special task force department which will be our specialists in going undercover and leading those operations for busting criminals.
S.W.A.T.:
This department will be sent first in Hostage rescues and ghetto patrols they will be provided backup in all emergencies this department will find the best tactical way to fight bad people and every week they will have training time to test their power to understand

3) Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- I will do regular announcements about different internal rules and state rules which is broken often and will be enforcing the Human resources to follow my proper procedure of training so that whenever the officer is trained they will know about these rules by heart.
- I would also like to make the patrol department very active with high numbers so that every 911 call is accepted and responded as quick as possible. For ATM, house and car robberies, you will need active officers patrolling on duty to respond and reach on time to make the city safe and clean. I have a few ideas to make this go smoothly.
-Instead of making any weekly meetings with all department heads, I would initiate the meetings myself and we will have the meeting ICly not using any VCs in the mails which is not great for RP. Adding to that I will enforce that nobody uses VCs to communicate while they are in city, which will increase the quality of RP also.
-I would like to improve communication between departments and also in radio. Where I would enforce a Radio Communication System and every officer will follow the proper radio procedure to ensure clear and better transmission of information. With that, Departments are very essential for communication between organization, and for that reason I will have training sessions and instructions to be taught in the training procedure for all the officers to follow proper department communication as well.
- Every department will have their own uniform. That people will know which department that they are taking too.
