Due to engine failure, I had to make an emergency landing while flying with the helicopter. Later I realize that I have a gun in my hand and I put my gun in my bag. They were shooting at me without demand. An admin was at the scene at that time. Then one person says 4 3 2 before the demanding sound comes out, then another person comes to me and starts giving me the demanding again and I say to them "Okay, okay, I'm repairing my helicopter" and they kill me.

When you are landing in your helicopter on your minimap your family members can be seen. After examination of the POV carefully it is clear that your family members are dead/getting robbed and you land with your helicopter and get out with your gun. Then they give you 5 seconds to leave the area. In real life when someone points a gun to your face and asks you to leave the area you do not tell them to wait you are repairing, you run! The demands were given clearly and sufficient time was provided for you to leave the area.

However, ID 3025 will receive a punishment for Fear RP.
