i was doing debt collector with my friend, when we rich the debtor he started running then suddenly an officer came and instead of solving the situation he cuffed my friend and with the debtor he leave the area with a car and somewhere around the city he drop my friend with the debtor.
I want know how did he get to the location at the moment and why a state officer helping a debtor.
