1. I feel that i want to be an admin as I have played this server for almost 3 years. In this time i have taken the time to learn the ins and outs of the game. Meaning I am able to understand the different rules of the city and know exactly how the game should be played. Since this time I have accomplished many things in the city. A few examples are 3x 100% turfs, 2 gang leaderships and 1 state leaderships. All these things have allowed me to enhance my leadership skills and also understand on how to manage different orgs whether it being crime or state. I mainly specialise in crime as I have mainly played this since the time i have joined the city. Every gang i join i achieve high command due to my strict and efficient play style. By becoming an admin I can ensure that the crime side of things is always up to scratch and is never lacking. I will be able to accept turf attacks, acknowledge when a turf attack is wrong and know exactly when to act when issuing punishments. I must admit after doing everything the server has to offer an admin is the last thing I wish to achieve and stick with long term. I also must admit that when i started playing i wasn't very mature and have made mistakes along the way which I do regret. But now as a changed individual I feel that i will be the key asset that the crime side of admin needs. Especially with turfs.

3. I do not crack under pressure. I know how to handle my emotions under stressful situation and know how to handle them appropriately and correctly. Another strength of mine is that I am very quick with what i do. Meaning i wont waste time on things that could be completed very quickly and get them done as soon as possible. Another strength of mine is that I am very patient. This will allow me to have patience when addressing players in the server or dealing with other issues.
4. I sometimes question on asking for help as I feel that I should be the one to complete the task and by asking for help it will not allow me to do that. Another weakness of mine is that I have a problem of saying no when people ask me for help.
5. Time management, efficiency, professionalism, experience due to my 3 years of playing.
