2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
-> Experince With NG.
I have experience in NG in both en2 and en3 i have served NG aproox 5 terms.During the first to the last day on my NG i have learned
how the system of NG works.My knowledege about the city and info about NG are perfect. i have known about the responsibilities that comes with beign in the organization. As in previous terms i have served NG as HC in approx 3 terms. i have gained experinced immersive experince to be the leader of NG. so i can be one of the candidate to be the leader
-> Importance of NG.
NG is one of the most important org in the city, it is the military that supplies the gun and ammo, provides soldiers for backup to fight against crime in the city.NG has the most advance techonlogy like the VR simulation training ground (arena), Armored cars, jetts etc. NG has all the means and resources to be one of the best org and the most interesting one in the city. I will utilized that resources to make it happen.When the goverment is disbanded NG has significant role to run the city. So that explains that NG have a great value in the city
-> NG system.
NG system of work and overall system of running the organization is different from other orgs. NG is unique and little world on its own. It has every resources that the soldiers need inside their base. The uniquness of NG apelles me to be a part of nation guard. With this resources unforunetly the past few terms of NG was not so active, I can turn on the potential of NG and make it active.
-> To develop leadership skill.
My main objective is to develop my character as leader and unlock my full potential as a leader. So it will be more easier on my upcoming terms.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
-> Rewards for soldiers.
Recognize the active members in the org reward with them some preaks within the organization, cash rewards. Cherry on top giving them rank if they are active and helpful for more motivation.
-> Giving task for each department.
Each department in NG has it own diversity, some are expert in shooting , some are good at training the soldiers. The task will be given accordinly so they have to do more interaction with soldiers that will establish a proper communication betweenn all.
-> Maintaining Brotherhood.
Military is quite famous for thier brotherhood bond so i will create a enviroment for that, Brotherhood gives motivation to work, to do more activites in org, to interact with new peoples and soldiers within. This will make uor operation so smoother and faster.
-> Goals for organization.
We will make sure that all of our soldier knows their goals and responsiblity as an soldiers. This will help the organization to grow more fast.
-> Internal confilcts:
We will try to avoid the internal profit within the organization, and we will ensure that all the soldiers are respectful and honest with each other.
Departments:
1.RR (Recruitment Representatives):
RR dept handles recruitment, training for the new soldiers , responsible for the promotion or demotion of the soldier and lastly counts the bonuses for the soldiers. RR will also help the soldiers to solve the problem.
2. AF (Airforce):
Airforce is responsible for scouting the base, provides air support to the soldiers. This department consist of high skill pilot they help soldiers or other LEO members in any event or an situation by air support and means of transportation.
3. SASD:
SASD is the special force and the elite force of the NG, They are specialized in shooting, handling the situation, they will be the first one to attend and observe the situtaion and events. They will be trained for quick situation.
4.Military police(MP):
The military police will do same works as internal affairs in other orgs. its main function is to maintain peace within org.They regularly check wheather soldiers are breaking any org or city rules or not. They will also fight will corruption within org.
