I was in conversation with a player selling battle pass and we negotiated on a deal of $1.2M in exchange for the Premium BP. I reached the location and confirmed to him that I would be recording through my bodycam and he agreed. Then I proceeded and gave him the cash of $1.2M as requested by him and he gave confirmation. Then he F1 quit the game without selling me the battle pass as seen in the video.
