I was AFK in my friend's car, we pulled up at a parking when this officer came to me and asked for my passport. My friend told me that I was AFK in non-RP chat as I told him I had some OOC work. Even after this, he proceeded with the arrest by cuffing me without using RP words. He even put me in the car without saying "Watch your head". Everything is in the POV, thanks.

Here is the bodycam of the arrest.

In addition I would like to note that ID 301946 was mixing by saying "He is afk" in the beginning of the footage.

I would like also to note that ID 317303 has left the game during the situation to escape receiving the fines, which violates the ( general rule 6.2 )

ID 317303 is trying to play smart here by showing the proof of his POV right before he left so he doesn't get punished.

Why would I CL when you had already given me some fines also to add to that if the admin requires proof of me losing connection I can show it too.

You don't have to say "You don't have to put him in cuffs" The command of cuffing someone is given on the left eye of your screen. Also, you can't be AFK in an RP situation if you want to do that close your game or Stay in any interiors for the Time Being.
However, 311487 did proper RP While searching for a Wanted Criminal While

ID 301946 will receive a punishment for Mixing

ID 317303 will receive a punishment for GR 6.2 & Fail RP
