also at his website he clearly mentions:

• Aspect ratio mods, to increase zoom more than the game allows by default (Hud becomes broken), if we realize it gives an advantage and it is too much you will get punished

hes ratio doesnt increase the zoom and doesnt hide any part of the hud.
Also the hud doesnt become broken. So it doesnt give any advantage.

Also your second mention can be achieved by changing between 16:9 and 5:4.

If its a problem than they have to ban all 5:4 users which is doesnt make sense.

5:4 is the speed of the game itself but the aspect ratio is an afterthought that suppresses the game at the top and bottom and makes people see it wider my friend was banned due to aspect ratio If its not illegal why do the admins say its illegal and my friend is banned?
