Here's the pov of the situation. As you can see from my mic icon on the right of my screen it was activated while i was walking around the car, all i needed was a cough drop.
(The reason you cant hear me say it in my POV is because my NVIDIA settings got reset so i didn't have my mic binded to the same button that i use to talk in game. I realized this upon reviewing my POV's later).
