I reached to save a life but saw this guy mercy killing him so i came out tried to stop him the the patient (unconscious) started "typing" to help so i was not sure what should i do so i asked on org chat to confirm and then the patient starts Asking to call "admins" as i was asking the next step in radio chat he died so i left.

After reviewing I have decided to Deny this report.

There was no Mercy Killing involved in this situation since clearly he was not his family member to mercy kill him. Mercy killing means that you save someone from an RP situation and the person is a friend or a family member or your ORG member.​
