2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
I would like to be a leader of ballas because i like to do organization events and i like leading events so if i become leader i will be able to do so.
I would like to have fun and create a organization that has a lot of fun and is safe for new people to learn about how organizations work and about the server.
I would like to have a successful term with a lot of activity in the organization and creating fun and memorable RP situations with all of the organizations.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
My advice to improving RolePlay level:
To make sure people are aware of the rules.
To make sure they listen to the highcommands.
Make sure that people breaking rules will be demoted or kicked.
To have good high commands in the gang in all of the timezones so that they can see if people break rules.
