The POV of 00:25 seconds shows 2 LEOs being taken OUT of a Bloods car. So they are already hostages.

Then we see that they ask both of them to put up their hands.

One is being searched, and asked to drop the items. The other one is just being asked to put his hands up. He is not being searched. It is not clear in the video that they are.
We can even see all of them pointing guns at timestamp 00:22, so how would they rob both at the same time?

I dont see anywhere, where this rule is broken? It seems the entire situation was within the server rules. So I don't know why my guys got punishment for it.

Also, the rule is:

6.16 During robbery of person, armoured car, trucks (any kind of transport) must be atleast 2 cars and 4 persons to stop them and rob. In case if they did not stop it is considered as "Power Gaming" | Jail 120 min or WARN

When at highway, we pull over a cop, with 2 in it, anyway? so how is this a rulebreak?
