Rejected Unban request

I was permanently banned on en1 on the 18th of September 2021 2:53, I believe I did a family raid and at this time I was playing on terrible ping and Wi-Fi connection so it looked like I was teleporting all over the place, because of this event I had been permanently banned for hacking with no pc check, I was a new player playing for a week I didn't know the the rules nor did I get any support from my family. I didn't know there was a forum until after I got banned, now that I know all the rules of Grand RP and am on an stable ethernet connection, I would appreciate it if you guys would review this and help me out.
