something like this happened the other night when we took you to the hostage. it's none of our business. it would have been fine if your guys had said you had black magic and given you back to us. but it's too late for everything now. you're in the hostage why are you using a non rp radio if you didn't use it and didn't have black magic. Please grow up, i didnt hit you on purpose it was an accident ive got a pov and i can provide it plus there was multiple cars coming from opposite lane and it was hard for me to doge them and it is so clear here that car ramming wasnt that i accidentally hit u because you were teleporting aswell

now about the fail rp, we could arrest you there since you were stopped just in the way they arrest people in hostage situations, since you wasnt with the hostage and you couldnt say that you were getting taken since there was a gun pointed at your head so idk man

This situation was caused by a bug, it happens, no one is to blame for that. You went back, had multiple guns pointed at you and drove of, that is FearRP. However you will not be punished due to the complicated situation that happened after the bug. For the next time, you had no hostage present and you were seperated from the group, you can simply be arrested, just like during a hostage situation, calling out that you are being arrested would also be FearRP.

For the CR, it was clearly shown that this too was caused by desync. Therefore no punishment. The second CR was clearly an accident, you were all in the middle of a highway, what did you expect?!
