Also he's a 340k id almost playing like this it seems like this is a very recent alt account (he might have been cheating before and got caught on his main account)

Clearly stated by the person , Trying to use cheats. The post literally says, Tried to use cheats to see if it works on this server. Got Rejected because you were cheating. Simple as that. Youre simply Ban Evading as you got caught on your main account
