So when i grow up i had the best family ever! My dad was a big business man, and had allot of friends. While my mom worked at a supermarket selling flowers. When i was about 12 my mom and dad left eachother and left me behind. When they left me i got in allot of truble with the police, got allot of speeding tickets and got charges for murder, when i spent time in jail i got allot of criminal friends and i joined marabunta. When i got out it just got worse, they made me sell drugs and got almost cought many times.
One day i got a message from my dad that mom have been sent to hospital. When i heard that i drove right their to check. Time flew by and when i got there mom died, it was cancr that killed her. Got so broken inside me when i heard that i huried back to my gang to seak some company. Bad it was that my dad also got in some truble, he got so sad and broken when mom died that he hang himself at the bathroom next day. Whithout mom and dad i felt empty i almost took my life the same day, but then my uncle showed up at the door. He gave me flowers and we had a chat about all the things going on.
My uncle was a strict man with allot of ambissions, He also worked for the LSPD. After some years i managed leaving the gang, but had nowhere to go exept of my uncle. He learned me how to become a cop and how it is being there. He talked with the chief and he acctually gave me a chance to prove myself, and i did. As time flew by i was no longer a normal police officer i was the head of detectives and a highcommand, and this is where i am now working hard for a better city.
Outcomes:
1. Lucas can ask criminals to drop their weapons.
2. Lucas can take bribes from anyone. lower sentences or remove them entirely from family/friends/strangers who are willing to pay for it (Max $100K)
3. Lucas can be a hostage for money. (100k maximum)
4. Lucas can loot guns and ammo from downed people. (not when the situation is under fire)
5. Lucas can use an all kind of illegal items.
6. Lucas can do any kind of illegal activities only while off duty (Without breaking server rules and not fighting against Leos)
7. Lucas can reduce jail time sentences, remove a person off the wanted list or even let them walk free if he decides to (Only friends/family or someone paying me bribe up to 100k) With Proper RP.
8. Lucas Can use his org weapons, armour and balaclava to respond to situation Quickly while he is off duty to help out other Leos. ( Will not break gen rule 6.3 any how and will not store org items in car trunk or in house warehouse and won’t use org stuff for personal use)
9. Lucas can destroy other's bodycams (with /try twice only)
10. Vik Can go to the ghetto (except gang HQs) to shoot/kill/rob people for fun or to save his friends. (will not Fight with the Leos)
