2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1. I want to be leader of this organisation because since i joined this city i have been in both legal and illegal orgs. I would like to be leader of this organisation because a couple months ago i was DA of NG and found it really enjoyable and found that NG has a lot more to do than i first realised. I believe that i would be good for this position as i have a lot of experience in legal orgs.
2.2. I want to also become leader of this organisation because i have seen the good things that NG can do and the different divisions and what they can do. I believe that with this knowledge i would be able to select a good team of HCs that are good at the departments that they know best.
2.3. I would also like to be leader of this organisation because i know some people who have been leader of organisations especially NG and they have said really good things about being part of the leadership team.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1. As leader i will make sure we always have people active especially HCs so when an org is in need of an ammo run we can always supply there demands. I believe that this will improve RP because this will help orgs have a good relationship and be able to have maximum support in events.
3.2. I will make sure that we are getting weekly recruitment drives done to ensure maximum members and have maximum support at events. I will also make sure that everyone in the organisation is happy with how it is running and make sure that there is no problems internally that need to be dealt with.
3.3. I will make sure that there is always people covering gates to reduce the chance of trespassers coming inside the base. I will also make sure that there is always good relationships with other legal orgs and leaders to make sure we can get maximum support when needed.
My Departments.
Army recruitment
This department will be in charge of recruitments drives, application checks and recruitment at the gates.
Internal Resources
This department will be in charge of internal problems, making sure everyone is alright in the org and dealing with internal affairs that need to dealt with.
Emergency response team
This department will be in charge of managing store robberies and FZ raids in NGs behalf making sure everyone is in line and having access to weapons to further support there job.
Gate guards
This department will be in charge of the gates making sure they are always manned and i will make sure that they have a rota so we can keep track of there hours and support them in what they need.
