I was chasing someone and i gave him 3 demands to stop his car but he didn't so i blocked his engine and cuffed him and while i drag him he CL, so i filled a forum and he got his punishment for GEN 6.2
The problem now that i got punished as well for State Rule 1.16, and as u can see in the POV i am not running with him while he is cuffed, it's glitched from game when u shot a person and take off your gun and cuff him, the character run by itself for a seconds and then its stopped, so i didn't run with him i was walking normal.
