Rejected NLR + VDM | 124476

I was Casually Fighting this guy in Ghetto Without any Rulebreaks. I killed this guy once with my Revolver and then I was fighting other guys in Ghetto and this guy suddenly comes in between fight, Rams me from his car and Shoots me for Revenge, The Location where he died before is just on the side and he came for Revenge as he saw my car and started shooting me and Ramming on me for advantage so it's clear NLR and VDM.

All I said here is Visible in POV and I was talking to my friend on discord normally. I did not call my friend for help or something through Discord so I think it doesn't count in Metagaming as I was casually talking to him and myself sometimes. All is Audible in POV aswell.

I have nothing to do with the incident, I just watch the forums in my free time. one thing that interests me is how you as lspdde can hang out illegally in the ghetto, which in my opinion should be illegal if you don't have a corrupt bio
