Hi i got banned for Multi account.

i don't know why i got banned even if i already made an appeal 1 month ago and she got approved by money wipe
i don't know if i made any other mistakes but im sure that i didn't join with any other accounts exept my main account.
i made my previous forum just to unban my twink account but instead i got banned on the first one
soo please let me know if i made any mistakes
