i was in a meeting with LSPD and Government in discord (didnt talk to anyone about this situation in discord i tried to finish this scene fast so i go back to the meeting) , i heard gun shots outside , i looked up with a drone and i found officer killed which was RDM most likely because tow truck drivers always get rdmed anyway , that guy was the suspect and he tried to kill me too , then i chased him and he ran away and instantly QUIT THE GAME

EDIT : I belive this guy is a professional combat logger he has another report right now of the same rule break and this is the second report on him with a different situation
