2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1) My experience and knowledge about management. I have passed through many rp situations even between LEO'S and GANGS. I know what I should do in many circumstances. I will decide an impresive tactic during clands, subs, gun store robbery etc. I will accept suggestions from my gang members.
2) Activity - I am aware that through last time. Marabunta isnt the most active gang, as well as in the ghetto or cland, or participations in events. Under my leadership I will hire a lot of people from different time zones. In order to attend many events. I will hire people with good aim and directly knowledge about turf to achieve 100% turf under my supervison. I will invite so many people to marabunta with good experience. ( Not only my friends I mean strangers as well. We will preapare interview questions to join our gang. ( In order to know who has lacks of experience and who has nice experience) to give this person proper rank. And yes I didnt forget about ghetto as well. Ghetto is also main goal to improve marabunta activity. Me and my HC will be control our activity in ghetto. We will rob and clap every gang member without rule breaks.
3) No Toxicity - I am a polite and mature person with an open conscience for friendship. We don't tolerate any toxcity to anyone. I will strictly take care about this special stuff. I personally fire from organization everyone who makes any attempt to insult anyone.

Our gang members will attend every events.
Lots of promotions for good work and activity
Handing out bonuses for activity
Keeping in mind to have a HC in HQ to hire someone
No any favouritism
No toxcity
HC will be checking logs to prevent stealing org weapons. ( We will talk with him personally and we will demand explanation after we catch a person)
