First of all as per rules they need to had 2 cars and 2 in each to give pullover demand , if they dont meet requirement u could just run rather than arguing .
second you did failrp : the time u got shot u should have feared for your life and leave that situation but rather u were just going near them to get more stuff.

and even we look into this one guy shot u without proper demands which would be considered rdm but in pov its not clear who shot u.
