how he shot me and killed me by one shot but my health was full
i wanna see his point of view how that happened

POV request not needed. Your health will not register as full until your character completes the animation. You can see you get the notification you are cured as you enter hospital, and your health was low enough before healing for a 1 shot to be possible.​
