Rejected 7 day ban for following family leader.

i got banned for 7 days after my family members told me we were going on a raid which i assumed we were going to do a event like we have been doing for the last 2 hours before the event.
i followed them as i am extremly new and learning the city everydayfor god sakes im learning mouse andkey board in this game alone. i bought a PC for this game.
i spent $1000's of my own money on grand points in the server in the first 3 days of me being here and now i can't even play because of miscommunication and some ignorance on my part.
i am asking to get the banned removed and i will spend hours in jail to make up for the crime i commited in server.
im asking one chance as i was unfortounatly quite naive in this situation and i do not think i deserve this.
i am wiling to have a conversation with someone to help plead my case.
