Was driving my way back from hospital to the city.
I saw this man lying on the ground so i gave him medical attention.

He started talking Arabic with me which i don't understand saying "thank you" so I told him, where I'm from in chat.
a few seconds after, same guy I just picked up turned around and started shooting me.

He had no reason to, so Ii assume knowing where I'm from now can only be it.
