Ok. First of all 2.2.2 is bailable go and read + its not a cl since there was no RP going on. Just because you went after him without even informing that person does not mean this is a CL. Also the those two persons at the DOC were speaking in FL in green zone.

In simple words, there is a Law for lawyers called the THE CODE OF LAWYERS AND JUDICIAL LAW, and it classifies lawyers into five types. In this case, a person acted like a private attorney, but their license was obtained under the previous government. Checking the records, it seems they were never officially a private attorney. Governor, AG or any Judge never changed his License Type. When the new government took over, they didn't even try to update their license type as per the rules. thats mean he think he don't need DOJ for change his Lawyer license type or Lawyer works.

This person used their lawyer license to help someone get bail, but they didn't follow the correct legal procedure for it. Normally, there's a proper way to grant bail (Article 11. Parole Proceedings and Bail), and it involves documenting the process. In this case, the person didn't fill out the necessary paperwork for bailing someone out. He didn't even informed about this to Department Of Justice. Clearly Doing corruption for family or friends. if he really wanna do Lawyer work he never gonna break lawyer code. he doing corruption with Lawyer License. And if he in DOC he have to answer DOC officers and have to Verify them self DOJ Verified Lawyer License Holder For give Bail Someone.

Additionally, during the previous government, many people were made lawyers, but the Attorney General's office failed to maintain a proper registry. This means that if these people want to be recognized as legitimate lawyers under the new government, they might face issues because there's no proof of exams, no proof of licensing, and no proper registry.

2.6 Special Legal Services. (HE Provided Someone Bail Without Informing DOJ Before the Service.
2.6.3 All filing of Submissions and Legal Documentation for Special Legal Services must be completed and sent to the Department of Justice (DOJ) before any Special Legal Services may be given to a Client.
a) Any failure to follow this requirement may result in invalidation of the Lawyers License and Blacklisting of the Lawyer

In summary, this person changed their lawyer license type without following the correct procedure and used it for personal reasons, like helping someone get bail without be a DOJ Valid lawyer License Holder. This goes against the rules for lawyers and raises concerns about corruption. and Broking OOC RULE GN 6.4 as Lawyer.

1 - If i am not wrong your governor was the Judge of state in previous Government so should I conclude that Frank failed to do his duties as a judge (not able to keep records of lawyers in the state) and he should have knowledge about legitimacy of my lawyers license ?
