Approved Unban request I Error ban

Hello dear Admins,
I got banned 2 Days ago because of Anticheat#1004, the Date on the info is 26.12.23 though. I got told its mostly when you change your weapons very fast in a row. The thing is that i dont even remember the Day, i was indeed in the Arena two times but i just played one weapon and maybe the system had an error. I'm kind of new to this whole RP and didnt know how bug abuse even works. I apologize even though i dont know what i've done but i promise its never gonna happen again.
I would be very happy if i get unbanned, thank you for your Time.
