Dear project management, I drove my Obey RS4 into the ghetto to get to the arena. A player then shot at me to kill me. However, he couldn't get me because the RS4 has armored windows (I didn't know that at the time). The player then posted a complaint on the forum and I was banned for 60 days for bugabuse. I understand the punishment, as ignorance does not protect against punishment, but I did not knowingly exploit this bug and didn't even think about giving myself an advantage by doing so. I would be very happy if I was unbanned.
