Dear Alex,
I quit playing the server since half of 2023 and I have two homes with two different PCs. Before a week I came back to the game but I played on the EN3 server two days ago I tried to log in to my account on the EN1 server and I found that I am banned when I EVEN don't have the game installed on my PC. If you need any other proofs I could Help.

I had something to say, when I was checking my forum account I found that there was a 3 appeals for account recovery and the email, IPV4 address and the Account ID wasn't mine. (imacge hosted at ImgBB) (imawge hosted at ImgBB)
