2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?(List three reasons with an example)
2.1 I want to be a Leader of (NG) National Guard because That's where I feel like a home for me . Over all time Fort Zancudo has Become like a second home to me. I spent total of 4 terms in NG,As far as NG concerned . I've seen and learned a lot of Positives/Negatives over all the whole time and I think it's time to give Something back.My Wonderful Land Fort Zancudo.
2.2 i will believe that for NG(National Guard)to be successful in there needs to be a far gather level of coordination than the Other Legal Orgonizations as well as we have a bigger size area of operation and have to go up against more risks than the other orgonizations.so the working with co-team of High Commands,I will make sure that all departments will do their responsibility duties to their capabilities while being as coordinated and orgonized.and to have good Orgonization for sure it should be through a good strategy and the best strategy to have a good And Most Powerful Army its numbers so, i will work on Doing Mass RR atleast 2 times daily in a week. With our co-RR Soliders.
2.3 I want to take a part in events again and have Good people , because it's no use bu having a lot of people who don't know the rules .I want to NG be there immediately when a Global or stores rob comes out.i want to make sure that the other Orgonizations don't have the problem of running out ammo. I will make sure that we will not forget one of our main Duties,have units on the Gates.i want to do some good implementation in ROTA system to have an overwatch of bonus payment s.And i last but not least I don't want corruption and any other favoritism in the (NG) National Guard. After all the (NG) National Guard is one of the Most important and the Most Powerful Orgonization in the city.
3.your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the Organization.
3.1 Making Best on The Peacefull Bonding Relationship between the other Legal Orgonizations. To make a Friendly Environment .
3.2 ensuring that to hire more and enough Soliders from all of the time zones.and especially to avoid the inactivity at the Night Times.
3.3 Ensuring to make the Communication skills between the other Legal Orgonizations.to make the outcome for all events .making sure that the work environment is Good fit for everyone.so everyone can commutable with eachother..
