○ I have been in LifeInvader for more than 7 terms. I have lot of experience in LifeInvader in each department. I am Deputy (COO) for 2 terms. So, LifeInvader gave so much to me and I wanted to give something to LifeInvader may be some new stuff. This is possible as a leader only.
○ I would like to increase some creative work and this is possible only in this organization.
○ I know most of the employees in LifeInvader. I can contact them without any hesitation and I can make things to be done properly and on time.
○ I am passionate about this work and I know how things work in LifeInvader and I want to change some things in LifeInvader and this is possible only as a leader.

3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
- Advertisement Department:
I saw many ads are going out wrong. I have a technique to reduce this. Each and every employee will be trained every week regarding how we can edit the ads easily without any errors. The trainings are given by the best team of HC in LifeInvader and that team is appointed by me.
- News Department:
I would like to introduce the new stuff like controversy part but with some proofs. In real life if we see the news channels there will be most of these stuffs like
What citizens are thinking about the present ruling government or state organizations?
How state organizations are working for the safety of citizens from gangs?
What previous governors thinking about present ruling party?
Is there any hidden stuff regarding leaders and high commands of state organizations etc. Most of the state orgs employees are turned into gang members so there may be some reasons what they don’t like regarding state organizations. This may reduce the relationships between organizations but this is the main stuff to be shown to citizens with all proofs. LifeInvader is meant for news and most of the citizens are waiting for this perfect stuff.
Note: I will give assurance that the news which is going out from LifeInvader is 100% true and with all approvals from the curators.
- Events Department:
I will try to get more unique events to the employees who is working in LifeInvader and these events will include other orgs and citizens as well. As we see in our daily life like most of the news channels will include citizens in their shows for festivals to get TRPs etc. So, I would like to do this because here we can build some relationship between LifeInvader and Citizens and this may improve RolePlay.
- Creative Department:
Maximum HC are doing the posters, videos etc. But there are some members in city wanted to show their talents and I personally saw some of them. So, I would like to give them a chance and all HC who are trying to do creative work should be in this department and some tasks are given to HOD as well with this procedure we can get this department into live.
- Services / Tickets:
There is a time clash between clients and HC's who are handling the tickets. I would like to hire my HC's from every time zone then it will improve more interaction between clients and HC's.
