Life as a child:
Both of Rebekah’s parents used to be spies for the Norwegian Army. As Rebekah was an only child, they always used to bring her with them. Her parents used corrupted methods to get the information they wanted out of their suspects. After one unlucky incident both of her parents ended up in jail. After that Rebekah ended up in the foster care system and was kept given up. Therefore she never had a stable home, and became rebellious as a teenager.
Moving into the city:
When Rebekah became 18 she made her way to Los Santos. Because she never had a stable home growing up, she never settled in Los Santos as well. She used to work at DOC, SS, lawyer and been in gangs such as Bloods, Marabunta and Ballas. After a while she came across the SAHP and finally found her family.
Life in SAHP:
Rebekah worked her way up in the ranks and became the Sheriff of SAHP. She had a small break and joined FIB. However Rebekah always longed back to her family in SAHP. After trying to follow the legal way of working, Rebekah was reminded of her parents' style. Because she remembered watching her parents' way of collecting information from suspects she wanted to work in the same way trying to come closer to them.
