Dear Curator of Project Mazhor Pluxury, Hope you had a blessed new year for you and your family and our Grand Community, I have been blacklisted for a long time from here and could not get to you as the Curator Prefix was not Available, I am hoping that you can help me with my situation, when I last spoke to admins they have confirmed contacting you was the best option and they could not help me, I have made a history on Grand I had a family and a lot of ownings and was top 5 in rankings also had unofficial organisation and hard work and was blacklisted for Unknown Reason ,
The higher up administration has refused to discuss with me the reason for the Blacklist, multiple times I am wishing you can check why I am blacklisted and give me a chance and with any way possible remove my punishment if you check the last date I was online u would see how long it has been and yet till now I do not know the reason thank you for your precious time and help.
I hope you understand, It’s Quite Frustrating Getting Banned without a a reason explained and having the feeling of not playing again when Grand has became such a big part of my Daily Life, and I hope you understand you are a Rare individual to get to and that’s all I wanted is to get to you the whole time and reading the rest of the information I hope makes things more clear.

I do understand now I lost my ownings to the house and my family has fell apart I am happy to just get back in city and build up some fun and create some memories in this great server I have missed grand so much it was apart of my daily life I wish to get good news from you, Best Regards.
