How is this GR 6.4? Do you really think he is doing it on purpose? As LSPD we paid you your fine + 10k compensation. You can RP it out and sue LSPD for more damages with government attorneys you know. Should I post the messages you sent me on DMs? Threatening posting on forums because you asked for more money.

This is Proper IC issue. You can make complaint against him in the court. Also This Guy is no more in LSPD he was already punished.
