RP ticket event starts at 22:30, and u got killed at 22:51 or we can say u got killed in 22:50, event rule 1.2 saying "1.2 It is forbidden to kill/rob/kidnap/etc. before the event starts(10 minutes before), during and 5 minutes after | Warn" i think every thing is clear have a good day!
