Player 265439 will recieve punishment for PG
(I watched both POV's and read the discussion of this thread. You dont have to say you are cuffing somebody as it appears in the chat. YES you can cuff somebody from the front.... however from both POV's i can see there is a considerable distance between the officer and the citizen so its not a visual bug. There is no RP way this officer could of cuffed a player like this, therefore I consider this PG.)
