All in POV.
So, while I was robbing 244324, player 259779 comes to our location, which is very suspicious MG between both of them.
Then, 244324 have did mixing by saying "Metagaming" during RP.
Then, 259779 goes above the mountain with his Bugatti, which is UB Driving, and shoots 259779 to help him escape and also mercy kills him.
Also another evidence that they were MG, is that 244324 spoke a little FL while speaking with me which means he is speaking on another software with 259779.
I also accidentally placed 244324 in cuffs with the shotgun in my hand, I want to clarify that it was a miss-click and I didn't mean to do that.

To wrap this up:
244324: MG + FL in RP + Mixing
259779: MG + Mercy killing + UB Driving

To the admin:
If you want to make sure about the metagaming and the accusations on 259779 you can request their POVs and you will catch them red handed.

I came across you on the map. I came to you, when I saw that the person was under arrest, I came back and did not come. I know I'm doing UB Driving because I'm coming to you and you're doing it, driving in a sedan-model car on the mountainside. Besides, I didn't come back after I left your house. If we talk about the car, there is more than one of the same Bugatti. Finally, just because I came to you for the 1st time does not mean that I killed that person.

1. How did you come across me in the map? I am not in your org nor family.
2. You did UB driving, I didn't I was driving slowly on gravel/dirt way, but you just flew with your bugatti. ( I have POV of me getting up there) ( No UB )
3. There is no house involved in the seen, you seem scared and lost.
4. If you want to prove that it is not you that shot my suspect from the top of them mountain, you can provide your POV else admin might punish you for that.

About 244324, I have POV of the chase and beginning of the situation, where he left the game after I killed him, and then I waited and he re-logged and I caught him. So don't let me increase your punishment.

1. I'm in the same organization as the person, the opportunities that the game provides.
2. No matter how slow you drive, you can't drive a SEDAN car up a mountain, if there is such a thing, it means that I can drive slowly in a car like a Bugatti, and as far as I know, it's forbidden.
3. There is no evidence in the video that I shot the suspect. You're assuming that I'm the only one on the mountain. The person may have other friends, and the gang may also be anyone from a large organization. I mean, there's a high probability that he was shot by other people. But you're blaming me just because you saw me. Like I said, there's more than one of the same Bugatti.
