hey listen there is no word that directing you as a insult and even he was not talking to you, you intentionally making him talk to you after his voice over it maybe other language but he didn't even directed anything to you and if we see from logic he mistakenly opened his radio when saying something in real life and you even saying him, "don't say opening your mic, turn it off"

I can’t see any ooc insult but I’d 104199 will receive punishment GR 3.3 (All players must be able to communicate in English and IC chat must be English only. (Other languages may be used in private only if everyone who can see has agreed to it.)

After re-checking translation with the translator reported reviewed correctly and player had to be punished for FL in GZ only.
