Rejected Ignoring unconscious typing in rp chat |Donte Shepard

Hello dear administrator
Yesterday evening someone was shooting and random punching in beach market, he got killed and start to type in rp chat non stop even stating he connected admin in emails to get us punished as u can see in the pov, i don't mind get muted for mixing since i did mixing.
But what i do mind is Donte decided not to enforce the rules even tho he saw he was typing in rp chat while dead.

As u can understand it is a way one play by him deciding to ignore the other violations.

as u can see in left eye Donte clearly can see he is typing in rp chat.
