Webby Lifes story:-
Webby was born by American immigrants in Japan. His father was a member of the Public Security Intelligence Agency of Japan and was the Lead Investigator of the Yakuza Crime Family. At the age of 5, his parents fell victim to Robbery/Homicide, conducted by the Yakuza Syndicate, Sumiyoshi-Kai. During the incident, he tried to fight off the invaders, with no prevail. The clan spared his life and instead took him to the Clans Leader, the Oyabun. The Oyabun made the decision, instead of killing Webby, he would have him trained and molded to the ways of the Yakuza. Webby quickly climbed in rank, surpassing all of the other orphan Japanese children, who suffered the same fate as him. His brutal tactics and savagery, earned him the name "Vibrator". "Vibrator" Means "Electric shocks" or "Thunder". Throughout Webby's life, he always knew that in the back of his mind, all the horrible things he did, by the will of the Clan, was wrong. He acted out of survival. Failing a mission or task, would ultimately be punished by severe beatings or even death. When he turned 19, he devised a plan to flee from the Clan, but not before he punished those that stole his family and life from him.
Webby Career Story:-
Webby fled the country and flew to San Andreas, as city where he knew he could start a new life and leave his past behind him. With the men that killed his family gone, he could now focus on making sure that, the things that happened to him, didn't happen to other children, the best place he could do this was with Law Enforcement. He had an inside contact from the FIB, who knew Webby would be the perfect fit for the Org. Now, after 15 years with the FIB, he has become one of the top ranking DHOD Spec Ops. The life of a criminal/assassin, has molded him to know and see things that others may not.
1- Webby can engage in any criminal activities/break state laws while on or off duty.
2- Webby can torture/interrogate/kill for information or use truth serum (using /try command).
3- Webby may decrease a 10-15's prison sentence or fines, but may also increase the fine amount (up to 100k).
4- Webby is able to attempt to search for a bodycam (/try searches for bodycam) up to twice per situation, and if found, break it (/do breaks bodycam).
5- Webby may take bribes (up to 100k).
6- Webby, when arresting/letting go a suspect, is able to take all legal/illegal weapons instead of confiscating them.
7- Webby is able to sell/buy legal/illegal weapons and/or items from others or the blackmarket, as well as sell classified information. (not org weapons)
8- Webby always has his bodycam in his balaclava or normal mask recording the last ten minutes to the FIB cloud (using /try command).
9- Webby can lie about requesting a lawyer to a 10-15 and instead process them, as well as not show his ID to conceal her identity.
10- Webby can arrest someone for fake charges/capture them if he severely dislikes them, or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons, and nothing too severe)
