Hi,
first of all i know the video is less than 1min but its clear to show everything,
he doing VDM for no reason and I'm pretty sure that if he didn't have accident he would do it more and more as you can see in video!
they are new they don't know the most of the rules and they do it more and more cuz they think they are powerful I'm just talking about what happen to me and my friend everyday and its make us upset.
I'm looking for best Decision making and punishment.
