The house that this is about, was bought with my money. I made this money by selling multiple items, like Abibas pants, Blue LuiVi jacket, Blue LuiVi pants, and more. The money was most of the time either in Family Balance, or we used it to buy businesses etc.
The house, was first bought by a family member, by money he got via the fam balance as far as I am aware. I had reached the limit of houses already but had an apartment that I needed to sell. Its a while back so I don't EXACTLY remember the details, but I know for sure that this is not breaking any kind of rule.
But, at the end of the day, I can not find any rules on the forums, or on discord, stating that every house with a market value over 100m, needs to be sold for that amount, instead of the house being sold for 50% of the state value, which is the normal rule. This rule is something that was new for me, and I have had a lot more transactions of houses where there was a play in the prices. At the end of the day, we still payed 10% taxes of it, and there literally was no gifting involved.
Now when reading GEN 1.7, it states that houses can not be GIFTED. The player I bought the house from, was in my family, and we had a lot of transactions, there was no gifting involved in any kind of way. As a matter of fact, the same player I am talking about got banned for GEN 1.6 later, which I did not know about before and literally I helped the admins in translation and talking to this player. Not only that, I got asked to also give back 284M to the admin involved. Which would mean that even if this money was used, and then 'gifted' to me, I still payed for it.
Since the 284mil was given CASH to Floki (9), which was used via family balance according to admin. After this, the gunshop this player owned, will drop in auction, which i think we payed 250m for. Then the other gunshop that was bought, which was given to another player (Queen) had to be sold to state. Which we payed aroud 250m for to. Which adds up to a total of over 784M. Besides that, we had to give back a black LuiVi, market value of 250m, shoes worth 50m, accessory of around 20m.. So the house that I bought for 4mil, for 50% of state value, with a market value of over 100m, was already bought with my own earned money already. And on top of that I also payed 284m again, I am sorry, but something, somewhere is getting checked wrong..
I worked 9 months as admin, and before that I played for a long time on the server. I have put in a lot of hours, and spend time/money and earned my way into what ever I own at the moment.
Kindly look into this issue. I didnt mind at all what happened since I was mad at my own friend for the situation, but now that I got banned, I really thought about it, and can not figure out or do the maths here, where I have to pay 284m back, lose 2 gunshops, and now get banned and lose a gunshop and 2 houses, to the auction, which would mean that my total loss is over 2000m.
I would like to be unbanned, and besides that, I would really like to have this whole other situation checked out as well if possible. I feel very disadvantaged by this situation, which was not even caused by me.
