Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
- Leading and Team Motivation: The very first and strong reason I’d like to say is my experience both of IC and IRL:
- IC Experience: As I am working in EMS for a long time, I know all the rules and organizational structure very well
- IRL Experience: I am technical lead in my IRL organization and has quite good IRL experience of leader, which will definitely help me to lead EMS as well
- Manage Performance and Professionalism: Performance and Professionalism are two important factors to maintain the repo of any organization. With all of my experience and capabilities, I can maintain and leverage the growth of EMS by maintaining high level of RP
- Problem Solving: All organizations have some conflicts. Conflicts between employees, or in between employee and customer, etc. Such situations are too crucial while tackling, as it may affect the repo of organization directly.
Goals if become the leader
- Ensure all employees follow the server rules, maintain high level of RP and Professionalism all the times when on duty
- Make sure any lobby is not empty, and the number of employees involved in several duties like lobby, on calls, prep med, etc.
- Proper co-ordination among employees and between employees and customers
- Make sure all employees have their POV on when on duty at least for last 24 Hours
- Will have few new rules in order to maintain high RP and Professionalism
- Make sure all employees are healthy and motivated by means of some fun activities, free snacks, on time bonuses etc.
Your advices for improving Role-Play level in organization
- Most important and first thing is to follow the Server (RP) rules
- Maintain high level of RP and Professionalism
- Maintain respect for everyone (employees, customers)
- Conduct some quick random verbal tests to know if employees aware of RP and Org rules
- Checking POV for random employees
