1. As situation is Shown in the pov,
2. But 'Jonny Odds' rejected and says "POV starts in mid of interaction"
3. Starting situation:- They taken me from hotel , they told me that they are going to parking.
4. And when i feel Danger i started my POV,
5. But admin(Jonny Odds) is not taking action on Rules violation which is in pov.

Evidence is cropped or edited (must be 1 minute+(exceptions might be, when you can understand the whole situation for less than 1 min));

The Evidence seems cropped to me, since the start of the situation is not there. This might be due to you starting the POV late, but how would I know this?

You want a judgement on RDM here with a POV that already starts in the middle of an interaction. I cannot know what happend before, or if there were demands, RP or even what you might have done.

So feel free to open a new forum that is having longer POV in the front showing the beginning. I cannot judge on any RDM here.

4. Clearly seen in POV They Broke this Rule of play
"6.15 When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them. | WARN"

Thats the issue. Your POV starts mid interaction. No voice at all. Rule says:
"you must engage in RP before shooting someone"
How would I know there wasnt RP before the clip started?

We only can judge on what we see. So you cannot leave out stuff. Feel free to file a new complaint with more POV showing how you got into this situation.

Yes Rule says:

"whatever the situation you engage like "You must issue them demands and wait for minimum 5 seconds"
But they did not Comply with rule Clearly seen in POV.

And how do I know they didnt gave you demands and initiated RP before you started the POV?
You only see the situation from your standpoint, but its nothing I can judge on because its not full interaction.

3. They must provide their POV if they did nothing wrong in defence.

4. You cannot let them go on thinking or imagining they did good rp While ignoring the Clear POV.
