2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
- I want to be the leader of Ballas because every time I've been part of this lovely gang,
it's been a wonderful community and I've always enjoyed my time with the members. I'd love
to recreate my time that I've had in this gang earlier as leader, and make it even better
with both new and past members.
I'd like to run and lead this gang in a more organized way, with less changes among the
gang and to make it into a place where people feel motivated to attend events together.
I believe that if an organization is ran smoothly, it attracts more citizens to join.
- I want to make Ballas a fair and friendly organization where everyone feels included
and motivated to work together, and where equality exists so all members have a chance
to achieve ranks in a fair way.
- I have quite alot of experience on the legal side, which will be a big benefit for
Ballas since I can use that knowledge to make sure that no one in the organization
gets in trouble or causes the whole gang to get punished.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- I would be punishing people who fail to follow both server and gang rules to keep the
members in line and to keep the gang clean.
- I would be encouraging members to attend more gang activities such as robbing and just
generally being more active in the ghetto together, as well as to attend events such as
Cland, Battleship etc, as it increases the roleplay in the gang.
The goals that I would like to achieve
- Successfully leading for at least one term without receiving any organizational punishments.
- Create an active and non-toxic organization and community.
- Make our gang known to the civilians of Los Santos.
