Rejected State Rule 5.1, 5.2, 5.6

First I got a pull over request at 0:14 sec then I complied with the request and got the permission to leave at 0:58 sec. After some time I got rammed which the officers car and got stuck at the barrier at 1:42 sec. Then I got the demand to step out and the show the passport.

What was the probable cause for me to show the passport at first time and get cuffed??
