- With my professional leadership I will guide this gang to new levels and achieve new goals. Attendance of events from members certifies the activity within the organization, My goal as a leader is to maintain a high activity status and consistently recruit new people. This will promote our strength and assist in corrupting the city with crime and violence.
- My previous experience as leader will advantage my term as Ballas leader, with consistent knowledge of general gang activities and server rules will benefit my ability to manage store robberies, hostage situations, with the support of my experienced deputies who are able to run the gang without my attendance.
- Members who actively participate in events will receive rewards. With the activity of our high commands, civilians who have been in the state for 3 years will be accepted into the gang and assist to establish a dominant gang. As a leader, I will ensure to eliminate all favoritism within the organization, high ranks will be distributed to those with maturity and participation.

- My ways to improve roleplay in the gang will be to maintain a consistent gang with 40+ active members. This will guarantee an active gang which helps us to complete daily events.
- As a gang, participating in daily events will not only improve the roleplay within the organization but also outside. Active gangs can also improve roleplay for state organizations as they have more events to attend. As the leader of Ballas, I will ensure to lead scripted and daily events such as NG Raids, Store robberies, Hostage situations and many more.
