2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? because i love roleplaying, a gang member a specially a leader. i also love the game and have a lots of experience in fivem and know how to act and what to do in stressful situations. also i'm an quick learner so if i don't know something i will learn it as fast as possible. i've been in ballas for a quite a while and the level of toxicity is insane and i want to change it and make it a better place for everybody. there also has been hc liking some smallers ranks a bit more than others, which makes getting promotions a lot easier, and that would come to and stop.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization. Okay so Ballas would have a lot of events daily such as Fz, Cland, Bs. and inactive members are going to be kicked after not being on for an week. they need to play atleast 15 Hours and week.
